What to do if you need some help using HyperMatter

Technical Support via Email is available to all registered users. If you have a query about HyperMatter, or you need help with an operational problem, please enter the details in the following form. Make sure to include your HyperMatter Serial number, as we cannot process requests without one.

Technical Support is available free to registered users for Thirty (30) days from date of registration. Please use this form or send us email to support@2n.com after this period has expired.

Feel free to include scene or other files if it will help us to understand your problem more quickly. Remember all attached files MUST be zipped, and we would appreciate advance warning if the files are larger than 0.5 MB, as we don't want to clog up the mail server. We may be able to arrange FTP transfer of the files instead.
