Support for the release version of HyperMatter is available to registered users by phone for 30 days from your registration date, and through this page indefinitely.

If you are not sure about a particular operation or function, you can obtain a Technical Support Form from the link above to initially describe your problem.

Your answer may be contained in the FAQ lists, so please check there before you call. The FAQ lists will be updated frequently as we get more queries.
